Aaron is a current director and licensed Strata Manager with Hunter Strata. Prior to joining Hunter Strata Aaron worked for over 25 years in the finance industry and this is evident throughout his portfolio which contains both Strata & Community Association plans.
Licensed Strata Manager
Nathan joined the team at the beginning of 2020 bringing with him 15 years of Strata Management experience and 20 years within the property industry. Nathan brings with him skills and experience in managing all types of Strata and Community title property including complex Community Associations, large apartment complexes and BMC’s. He has completed his Masters in Business Administration degree in 2016 from the University of Newcastle which has assisted in how he views strata and community issues and how to think laterally on problem solving.
Licensed Strata Manager
With almost 7 years experience in the Strata Industry, Laura has worked her way up from Reception, To Strata Assistant and now into a confident Strata Manager and now Licensed Strata Manager. Laura’s core focus’s are to keep updated with the relevant Legislative changes, Replying to enquiries in a effective and timely manner and prompt action of all Tasks, Compliance and Repairs & Maintenance.
Laura’s passion is problem solving the variety of situations that are thrown her way in the daily life of a Strata Manager with Sincerity and determination to gain the best desired outcome for her Owners.
Licensed Strata Manager
With almost 9 years’ experience working in the Strata Industry starting in a reception role then moving into repairs and maintenance for 5 years and finally onto Strata Management Casey has a thorough understanding of the strata legislation and requirements. Aside from managing Strata Schemes Casey also has experience in the management of Community Associations, Neighbourhood Precincts and BMC’s and always strives to provide a high level of customer service and communication with clients.
Emma started her Strata career in junior role as a receptionist to managing that same office. Emma is highly motivated and a well equipped Strata
Manager. Previous experience has allowed Emma to gain a broad knowledge of not only the procedures, but also the service and reliability required to create a successful and well managed strata scheme.
Growing up and working within the Hunter Valley region, Emma is familiar with a broad array of the area. This makes her highly advantageous to local schemes. Emma’s career history sees her portfolio span as far as Hawks Nest
to the Central Coast and all areas in-between.
Assistant Strata Manager
Carol-Ann joined Hunter Strata Management in 2020 with a background in Administration, Business & Event Management which lead her too the Strata Management path.
Having qualifications in Certificate IV Property Services & Administration with
Certificate of Registration in both Real Estate & Strata Management.
Carol-Ann hopes to become a Licenced Strata Manager.
Leanne has been working in Real Estate Administration for over 25 years and is looking forward to learning more about Strata Management. Leanne is here to support our Strata Management team in an administration role.
Craig has been working in strata since 2006 and studied to become strata manager same year and in 2010 was promoted to Senior Strata Manager with the other Managers, Strata Assistants, Repairs & Maintenance reporting to himself. Craig brings with him skills in Account Reconciliation and Tax returns. Craig believes in building a relationship with Owners and have managed many of the same strata plans for well over 10 years. Craig is always still learning legislation every day!
Adam joined Hunter Strata Management in 2021 with a background in Accounting and Book Keeping. Adam is looking forward to learning more about Strata Management. Adam is here to support our Strata Management team in an administration role.
